Terms of use

The short version. This is Pookie's site for players who use code POOKIE on Gamba. It isn't a casino and it isn't run by Gamba. You have to be 18 or older. The leaderboard numbers come from Gamba, and the extra rewards are offered by Pookie and can change.

1. About this site

Pookie's Leaderboard ("the site") is run by Pookie, a streamer on Kick. It shows the standings of Pookie's leaderboard on Gamba and describes the rewards open to players who sign up there with code POOKIE.

The site is not a gambling operator. You can't deposit, bet or withdraw here, and the site never holds your money. All play takes place on Gamba, under Gamba's own terms. The site is not owned, operated or endorsed by Gamba.

2. Who can use the site

• You must be at least 18, or the legal age for gambling where you live if that is higher.
• Online gambling must be legal where you are. Checking that is your responsibility.
• Gamba decides which countries and players it accepts. Nothing on this site overrides Gamba's rules, and you must not use a VPN or false details to get around them.
• If gambling is causing you harm, or you have excluded yourself from gambling, please don't use the site. Help is listed on the responsible gambling page.

3. Affiliate disclosure

The links to Gamba on this site are affiliate links. Pookie earns a commission from Gamba when people sign up or play using code POOKIE, and from CSBattle when people play under Pookie's CSBattle code.

4. The leaderboard

• The leaderboard is a race hosted on Gamba. The standings, prize pool, prize split and end time shown here are read from Gamba and refreshed about once a minute. They can be delayed, and if Gamba can't be reached the site shows a saved copy.
• Gamba's records decide the result. If this site and Gamba ever disagree, Gamba's figures are the ones that count.
• Only wagers made on a Gamba account signed up under code POOKIE, or another code Gamba lists for the race, count. Gamba may weight wagers differently depending on the game, and may exclude wagers it considers abusive.
• Leaderboard prizes are awarded as set out for the race on Gamba.
• Player names are partly hidden on this site. Players who have hidden their profile on Gamba appear as "Hidden".

5. The CSBattle leaderboard

• The CSBattle leaderboard is a separate race for players on CSBattle. The standings are read from CSBattle and refreshed about once a minute, and can be delayed.
• Only wagers made on CSBattle under Pookie's CSBattle code count. CSBattle's records decide the result, and CSBattle may exclude wagers it considers abusive.
• The top three are paid in CSBattle coins, in the amounts shown on the site. Coins are paid on CSBattle and are subject to CSBattle's own terms.
• Players after 3rd are listed as runner-ups so you can see the race. Runner-up places don't win a prize.
• Player names are partly hidden on this site.

6. Milestones and other rewards

• Wager milestones, rank-up bonuses, lossback and the other rewards described on the site are offered by Pookie, not by Gamba.
• To claim a reward, open a ticket in Pookie's Discord. You may be asked for your Gamba username and proof of your rank or wagers.
• A milestone must be claimed within seven days of reaching the rank. We aim to pay approved claims within 48 hours.
• One account per person, and each milestone can be claimed once per person.
• A reward may be refused, reduced or withheld where we reasonably believe there has been abuse. That includes using more than one account, wagering in a way designed only to farm rewards, using someone else's account, chargebacks, or breaking Gamba's terms.
• Rewards can't be transferred or swapped for anything else.
• Pookie can change, pause or end any reward at any time. A change won't take away a reward you have already validly claimed. Pookie's decision on whether a claim is valid is final.

7. Gambling carries risk

Gambling involves a real risk of losing money. Nothing on the site is financial advice, and nothing here is a promise that you will win or earn anything. Leaderboards and milestones reward the amount you wager, and wagering more means risking more. Don't bet more than you can afford to lose. See responsible gambling.

8. Accuracy and availability

We try to keep the site correct and online, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees. Figures can be late or wrong, and the site can go down. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from gambling, from relying on the site, or from Gamba, CSBattle, Kick, Discord or any other site we link to. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law gives you that can't be limited.

9. Other services

Gamba, CSBattle, Kick and Discord are separate services with their own terms and privacy policies. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them.

10. Names, logos and content

Gamba, the Gamba logo and Gamba's rank badges belong to their owner, as do CSBattle's name, logo and coin. They are used here only to refer to those services. Other names and logos belong to their owners. The rest of the site's text and design belongs to Pookie. Please don't copy the site, or scrape it in a way that disrupts it.

If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, tell us in the Discord and we'll look at it promptly.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
